Masak lomak sardin dlm tin

Entah rasa malas betul dah pulak ikan, daging dan ayam masih keras kat dalam fridge tu jadi terfikir la pulak nak masak lauk yang simple dengan apa yg ada dan jeng..jeng..jeng terfikir nak masak sardin masak lomak cili sardin tin yang Zety Zainal siadik ipar pernah buat. #resepibarucuba #cubaresepiipar 


Bahan-Bahannya : 

1 tin sardin Ayam brand atau apa brand pun xper la
8 biji cili api - dikisar
1 inci kunyit hidup - dikisar
3 ulas bawang merah - dikisar
2 ulas bawang putih - dikisar
daun kunyit
5 biji belimbing buluh
asam keping - dibasuh 
santan
2 cawan air

Cara-cara:
Masukkan bahan yg dah dikisar dalam periuk bersama air, daun kunyit dan asam keping dan dimasak hingga kering.  Jangan sampai kering kontang udah la ya. Kemudian masukkan santan dan tambah air tapi jangan sampai cair sangat.  Kemudian masukkan sardin (pastikan sardin diasing dari sos ok) dan masukkan asam belimbing dan rendih selama lebih kurang 10min dengan api perlahan dan tutup ler.  Kemudian hidang dengan nasi panas...yummy

Tips : bagi yg nak letak kentang tu pastikan kentang tu dimasak bersama dengan bahan2 yg dikisar sebab nak pastikan kentang tu empuk ya.
