 Pajeri nenas kesukaan mak SSL ni memang sedap, mak SSL tak suka letak gula sebab dengan kerisik pun pajeri ni akan terasa kemanisan dan kelemakan dia yg marvelous.


Bahan-bahan:
1 biji nenas - dibelah dan dipotong ikut kesukaan supaya senang nak makan nanti ya
1 bungkus rempah kari ikan Mak Siti
1 cawan santan pekat
1 cawan santan cair
1 keping kulit kayu manis
1 bunga lawang
2 biji buah pelaga
sedikit udang kering - buatan sendiri tau
kerisik - buatan sendiri
garam

Bahan - ditumbuk
3 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia


Cara-cara:
  • Tumis kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga hingga wangi
  • Masukkan bahan yang ditumbuk hingga nampak kekuningan
  • Masukkan rempah kari dan dikacau sampai agak kering dan keluar minyak
  • Masukkan udang kering dan santan pekat dan biar santan nampak pecah minyak
  • Masukkan nenas dan dimasak hingga nenas nampak lembut. 
  • Masukkan santan cair, kacau dan biar dengan api perlahan
  • Masukkan kerisik dan dikacau supaya serata dan masukkan garam secukup rasa
  • Biarkan kuah tu pekat sedikit dan ditutup api
