Resepi | Repeat Kerabu Maggi lagi

Alkisah hari Rabu lepas buat kerabu maggi Siam kat ofis makan berjemaah tapi kurang ngam sebab guna sosej daging..tapi habis la jugak hehe

Jadi sebab tak puas hati sikit, Umi pun repeat la buat kerabu maggi Siam kat rumah pulak hari Sabtu lepas..memang sedap dan licin

Perencah dikurangkan konon takut pedas tu warna dia kurang merah ;D.  


Bahan-bahan
  • Maggi Siam Serda kalau guna maggi lain pun boleh tapi keaslian kerabu tu kurang la..ikut tekak Umi kan
  • Udang / Sotong
  • Cili api / cili masak - dihiris
  • 1 batang serai - dihiris halus
  • 1 labu bawang besar / 3 ulas bawang merah
  • Tomato - dihiris/dipotong
  • Daun ketumbar - dihiris
  • 3 sudu sos ikan
Ada yang guna daun sup tapi memang tak sama macam kerabu siam kalau tak guna daun ketumbar


** sukatan tu ikut kesukaan sendiri ya


Cara membuatnya:
  • Didihkan air dalam periuk/kuali dan celur maggi, toskan dan masukkan kedalam mangkuk
  • Celur udang/sotong, toskan dan boleh la nak masukkan dalam mangkuk yang sama dengan maggi tu
  • Masukkan perencah maggi kedalam mangkuk, masukkan udang, maggi dan bahan-bahan yang dihiriskan dan digaul sampai rata
  • Masukkan sos ikan dan perahkan limau nipis dan digaul 
  • Kalau nak basah-basah letakkan sedikit air rebusan udang/sotong
  • Paling penting! bila nak makan tu baca Bismillah dan doa makan
