Sardin Masak Lemak Cili Api

Jenuh nak memikir nak masak apa balik kerja nanti? kalau tak nak makan diluar boleh la cuba resepi mudah Umi ni yang cepat dan sedap



Bahan-bahan:
1 tin sardin besar Ayam brand
200ml santan
1 biji kentang - dipotong empat
5 biji belimbing besi
1 keping asam gelugor (tak letak pun tak pe sebab belimbing dah memadai)
1 batang serai - dititik
10 / 15 biji cili padi - dikisar halus
3 ulas bawang putih - dikisar
3 cm kunyit hidup - dikisar halus
Sehelai daun kunyit - dipotong lebar
Garam secukup rasa


Cara memasak:
  • Buka tin sardin, asingkan sosnya atau dibuang
  • Masukkan bahan yang dikisar, asam keping, serai dengan secawan air dan dimasak hingga agak kering
  • Masukkan santan dan ikan sardin serta daun kunyit dan pastikan dengan api sederhana
  • Bila kuah sudah mendidih, masukkan belimbing.  Kacau dalam 5 minit dan tutup api.  Pastikan santan tidak pecah minyak
  • Masukkan garam secukup rasa, diangkat dan hidangkan
